・Our clinic operates by appointment only. Please make an appointment online if you would like to visit us.
・If it is difficult to make an online reservation, we will accept reservations by phone.
・If you wish to make an appointment on the same day but are unable to make an online reservation, please contact us by phone.
・We also accept patients who come without making a reservation, but you may have to wait depending on the reservation situation.
・The internal medicine outpatient clinic is for people aged 14 and over, and the cold symptoms outpatient clinic is for people aged 12 and over.
・Reservations for health checkups and vaccinations (other than influenza) can be made by phone.
・We have implemented digital medical treatment, but we do not accept credit card payments within the app.
・Cash and credit card payments (VISA/Master) are accepted at the clinic.

Cold Symptoms Outpatient Clinic

正面玄関から見て右手側(駐車場側)に入り口があります。予約時間になりましたらお入りください。
受付
Please wait until the reception desk opens. Once the desk opens, please submit your health insurance card and any other documents you brought with you. If you have a medication record book, please present them as well.
検査・診察
Please note that as this will be carried out alongside regular medical examinations, there may be slight delays in the timings.
