任意接種（自費診療）
肺炎球菌予防接種の任意接種も行っています。
ニューモバックスを過去に接種している方は、効果減弱により５年ごとにニューモバックスを追加接種する必要がありましたが、プレベナー２０やキャップバックスは、１回の接種で完了となります。
ニューモバックスを過去に接種している方でも１年間間隔が空いている場合は、プレベナー２０やキャップバックスを摂取することが可能です。
追加接種することにより５年ごとのニューモバックスの追加接種が必要ではなくなりますので、ご検討ください。

対象者
接種日において、さいたま市に住民登録があり、次の（1）（2）のいずれかに該当し、かつ（3）に該当 する、接種を希望する方
（1）接種日において、65歳の方
（2）接種日において、60歳以上65歳未満で、心臓、腎臓若しくは呼吸器等の機能に極度の障害(身体障害者手帳1級相当)を有する方
※確認できる身体障害者手帳または診断書等を接種医療機関にご持参ください。
（3）これまでに成人用肺炎球菌ワクチンの接種を1回も受けたことがない方
※自費等で成人用肺炎球菌ワクチン接種を受けたことがある方も、定期予防接種の対象外となります。
